Voici les responsabilités qui te seront confiées :
- Gestion du showroom et des shoppings (envois & retours)
- Aide à la gestion des campagnes de marketing d'influence (casting, briefing, seeding)
- Aide et participation à tous les événements presse, marketing et communication : press day, defilés, événements boutique, etc...
- Reporting (Newsletter hebdomadaire, évènements, revue de presse)
- Inventaire des collections
- Gestion des logiciels PR : Launchmetrics, Lefty, Infludata
- Coordination des fittings influencers et talents
- Veille quotidienne des médias (print, social & digital) et des campagnes de marketing d'influence
- Participation aux shootings PR & Influence
- Coordination des envois et réceptions des samples avec le siège
Tu seras rattaché.e à l'influencer marketing & communication specialist et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec toute l'équipe Marketing et Communication. Pour nous, l'esprit d'équipe est essentiel et nous sommes convaincu.e.s que travailler dans la bonne humeur permet de contribuer à la performance !
A propos de toi
Si tu es curieux.se, passionné.e par la mode et déterminé.e à transmettre des ondes positives, ce poste est fait pour toi !
Tu as idéalement une expérience similaire d'au moins 6 mois dans l'univers de la mode/retail au sein d'un environnement multiculturel.
Tu maitrises le pack office, notamment excel et powerpoint ! Une première expérience d'utilisation de la suite adobe est appréciée.
Les langues utilisées au quotidien sont le français et l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Tu disposes obligatoirement d'une convention de stage de 6 mois.
Savoir anticiper, être réactif.ve et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés.

About your dream job
Your main responsiblities will be :
- Showroom and shoppings management (shipments & returns)
- Help manage influencer marketing campaigns (casting, briefing, seeding, etc.).
- Assistance with and participation in all press, marketing and communication events: press days, fashion shows, boutique events, etc.
- Reporting (weekly newsletter, events, press review)
- Collection inventory
- PR software management: Launchmetrics, Lefty, Infludata
- Coordination of fittings influencers and talents
- Daily monitoring of media (print, digital & social) and influencer marketing campaigns
- Participation in PR & Influence shoots
- Coordination of sample dispatch and reception with head office
You will report to the marketing & communication specialist and work closely with the entire Marketing and Communication team. For us, team spirit is essential, and we're convinced that working in a good mood is the best way to contribute to performance!
About You
If you're curious, passionate about fashion and determined to spread positive vibes, this is the job for you!
You ideally have at least 6 months' similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a multicultural environment.
You have a good command of the office pack, especially Excel and PowerPoint! First experience of using the Adobe suite is appreciated.
Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.
You must have a 6-month internship contract.
Anticipation, reactivity and the ability to make proposals are key skills.
