Product Analyst, Property Analytics

About the role.

The Product Analyst, Property Analytics is a key member of the Product Management team. We are seeking a talented analyst with a quantitative background to assist in the development of analytical tools and products and the management of the existing business in support of our growth and profit objectives.

The Product Analyst, Property Analytics position is open to be a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of the nearest office at least twice a week, if applicable, OR as a fully remote role if the ideal candidate is not located near an office.

What you'll do.

  • Provide impactful recommendations to business leaders through storytelling with data
  • Analyze metrics to continually improve products
  • Work across the organization to improve the analysis of business results
  • Assist in the creation of product systems specifications for the automation of new products in our systems
  • Support the development of products in new states by analyzing the regulatory and competitive marketplace and completing analysis to support state product filings

What we're looking for.
  • 1-3 years of relevant, analytical experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required in an analytical field of study such as Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science
  • Experience using software to extract, analyze, organize and communicate data to support decision-making
  • Experience with a programming language such as Python or SQL
  • Experience using Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analyst experience in the insurance industry a plus
  • Intelligent, curious, and self-driven
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

The base salary for this role can range from $55K - $75K, based on a full-time work schedule. An individual's ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
