As a UX Design Manager, you will lead UX activities and teams on complex programs, applying design leadership to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies.

You possess expertise in ethnographic/design research and usability testing, an understanding of UI and technology challenges and opportunities as well as sensitivity to UX topics to craft and lead holistic solutions with experts. You have a solid Interaction Design background, an understanding of Service Design and can manage and guide clients across complex product development processes.

As UX Design Manager you have a keen eye on business opportunities helping clients define, create and track experience related KPIs that validate the release of excellent products and services.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor product design teams, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and project management.
  • Manage and maintain atomic design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, design driven business solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into UX specifications
  • Being able to provide guidance and support in RFPs and RFIs
  • Lead the end to end design while effectively communicating design ideas, concepts and validate final designs.
  • Build relationship with clients to not to deliver targeted solutions but also to further expand the scope of work
  • Lead and oversight the production of requirements, guidelines and design outputs.
  • Plan, monitor and analyze KPIs to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.
  • Be responsible for the final UX quality.
