Engineering Excellence
- Partner with stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to identify business, information, technical and security architecture issues, and act as a strategic consultant throughout the technology lifecycle.
- Define architecture principles, guardrails, standards, and policies.
- Provide architecture leadership and oversight for transformational enterprise impacting initiatives.
- Lead the enterprise architecture assessment to identify reuse opportunities.
- Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, frameworks, and patterns as references for engineers and architects.
- Construct deliverables that demonstrate how to move a company toward realizing its strategic goals and targeted business outcomes using structured approaches.
- Lead formulation of strategies for the enterprise services like search, content management, data, integration, micro-services, etc.
- Facilitate enterprise strategy development, opportunity identification, business cases, technology adoption
Thought Leadership
- Liaise with subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to accomplish enterprise architecture goals and objectives.
- Participate in the architecture community of practice, internal knowledge sharing sessions, external events such as Adobe Summit, Dreamforce and customer briefings.
- Lead analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.

Career Level: Director/Sr Director
Base Salary Range for the Role: 190,000-270,000 (varies depending on experience) The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.

Sr. Martech Enterprise Architect - Health
As a Senior Martech Enterprise Architect, you'll serve as the visionary beacon for our clients within the dynamic realm of health (pharma), driven by a passion for solving complex challenges through cutting-edge technological solutions. In this role you are an enterprise-wide expert with broad technical skills, deep health (Pharma) industry knowledge, and exceptional business insight. You have deep and broad knowledge of the various Martech vendor ecosystems such as Adobe, Salesforce, Veeva, AWS and others. You have a unique blend of deep technical skills, pre-sales experience and stellar soft skills including communication, influence, inspiration, teamwork, and leadership.
In this role you will proactively and holistically help guide Pharma clients through transformation and optimization initiatives by applying our SPEED capabilities along with existing, new, and emerging technologies, across an array of multi-cloud solutions. You are a subject matter expert in a variety of categories that will include application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics. You will drive large programs spread across multiple geographies supporting the global Health vertical.
