This role is hybrid, with 1 day per week on average being in our DC-area office.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree in computer science or engineering, or other similar field and/or work experience
- 1-8 years of experience at a software company, preferably at B2B software companies
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

What You'll Do
- Configure our Knowvation software for customer demos, including data loading and configuration
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
- Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure configuration sizing and pricing
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance
- Assist with reviewing and writing technical content for customer proposals
- Contribute to and organize stakeholders around the development and execution of technical content on our website
- Develop and refine messaging including proven customer benefits and new product features
- Assist/drive competitor analysis
- Write, edit, and post website content
