Timeline:
Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 - Friday, August 7th, 2026
Application Deadline: Friday, September 26th, 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)
PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4th, 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.
What you can expect:
As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a business-to-business environment, learning how we support financial professionals through a consultative approach.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Gaining hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model
- Supporting strategic sales initiatives, research, and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and client experiences
- Learning the fundamentals of wholesaling and financial product distribution
- Partnering with the broader sales team to provide solutions and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies
- Providing client services support and collaborating with internal business partners to meet customer sales and service needs
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Your placement within the Sales Internship Program will be within Retirement Strategies, or Individual Life Insurance:
Retirement Strategies (Newark, NJ Hybrid; Dresher, PA Hybrid; Shelton, CT Hybrid): The Retirement Strategies team at Prudential delivers industry-leading solutions for growth and protection to more than 2 million individual and institutional customers. The Retirement Strategies business is comprised of Individual Retirement Strategies and Institutional Retirement Strategies. Prudential Annuities is a division within Prudential's Individual Retirement Strategies Group that provides innovative retirement solutions to help financial professionals grow their business and ensure that their clients meet their retirement income needs.
Individual Life Insurance (Minneapolis, MN Hybrid; Hartford, CT Hybrid) - Prudential's Individual Life Insurance business creates financial products that help people protect their families. These products are designed to provide peace of mind, financial security, and long-term stability. We work with financial professionals-like advisors and brokers-who help their clients choose the right coverage. Our team educates and consults with these professionals, helping them understand our products and how they can meet their clients' needs.
What you'll need:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
- Open to all majors
- Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00-$34.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
