Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Accelerator - Go to Market Analyst to lead initiatives and events supporting the top priority initiatives across the Emerging Markets (EM) portfolio, including wholly owned, joint venture, and strategic investment operations.

The Business Accelerator team within Emerging Markets is focused on executing and delivering on top business priorities the Emerging Market operations. This spans across sales distribution, go to market, and tech and data functions, and more. This is a fascinating time in our industry where technology is redefining business models and is creating value to businesses and consumers alike with unparalleled speed. What you can expect:

  • Manage the Business Accelerator (BA) portfolio of initiatives by tracking the business accelerator team's pipeline of initiatives, project statuses and milestones, outcomes, resource allocations, and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
  • Manage the BA pipeline of new initiative requests, guiding intake, assessment, and prioritization.
  • Coordinate annual international sales agent conference.
  • Coordinate bi-monthly virtual and annual in-person Global Community meetings.
  • Lead and support various projects and initiatives within the BA portfolio across EM operations as a SME, product owner, project lead, business analyst, or general project support.
  • Initiatives within the BA portfolio include (but not limited to) customer journey experience design, customer and agent tools implementation, market research, digital product design, process redesign, marketing initiatives, agent and bank channel implementation, training methodologies, study of customer segments and persona, and more.
  • Partner with local teams and contractors to support these BA initiatives by defining the scope, partnering with local functions to understand the needs and translate that into requirements, and help facilitate prioritization of scope within an initiative.
  • Craft and implement comprehensive Go To Market plans to translate BA initiative requests into actionable steps to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop, track, and implement controls to manage project and organizational risk.

This role is based in New Jersey, and will collaborate with global country leaders, customers, and business partners across the United States, Latin America, and Asia. Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or consulting is preferred.

What you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, product management, or project management preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience project managing or leading large business events a plus with a focus on execution and outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to communicate results and influence others.
  • Comfortable working with senior levels of business.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. They should be comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, iterative environments and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships and to solve situations of misalignment between different and distinct business teams.
  • Ability to significantly contribute to the ideation, design and delivery solutions in close collaboration with a range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales across multiple international locations.
  • Strong customer focus and should be able to collaborate with users and customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and evaluate process effectiveness.
  • Analytical and comfortable with MS Excel for project budget reconciliation
  • Willingness to travel internationally, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $92,400.00 to $137,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
