What you will do

PGIM Real Estate Loan Services, Inc. (PGIM RELS) is seeking a Sr. Loan Servicing Specialist in Dallas, TX. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for the servicing of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and 3rd Party loans. They will be responsible for various servicing processes throughout the life of the loan such as new loan setup, cash processing, managing borrower requests, disbursement processing, system updates for loan modification, as well preparing pay off calculations. They will also be responsible for utilizing financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This candidate will work closely with portfolio managers and asset managers in regional offices as well as investors.

What you can expect

  • Responsible for servicing functions throughout the life of the loan.
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of loan data in various systems.
  • Producing billing statements, notifications or other necessary correspondence.
  • Proactively monitor daily and monthly reports to ensure accuracy by researching and working issues and exceptions.
  • Monitor servicing triggers to ensure loan structure and loan requirements are followed.
  • Interpret servicing agreements, government regulations, and loan documents to ensure servicing and reporting requirements are being met.
  • Prepare disbursements and wires to borrowers or 3rd Parties as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with other departments (such as Accounting, Asset management, Special Servicing, other servicing teams, etc.) and other PGIM offices.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal clients and borrowers in researching and resolving concerns/issues in an expedited manner.
  • Review current processes and recommend process improvements as appropriate to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.

What you will bring

  • Commercial Loan Servicing experience required.
  • An understanding of loan terms, complex loan documents, capital structures, pooling, investor reporting and servicing agreements, servicing functions, and process flows
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform in a strong customer-oriented team environment utilizing strong leadership skills, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate needs to be able to communicate and make presentations to all levels of staff and management.
  • Computer proficiency with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a time sensitive environment.
  • Experience utilizing loan servicing system i.e., McCracken/Strategy is preferred.

This team is currently working a hybrid schedule with 3 days required from the office.
