応募資格
- 日本でフルタイム就労が可能な方(Japan Citizenshipをお持ちの方)
- 現在大学3年生以上の、大学・大学院生の方
- GPA 3.5以上
- 日本語:中級〜上級レベル必須(読み・書き・会話)
- 英語力:中級レベルあれば尚可
- Excel(必須)、PowerPoint/Wordの基本スキル
- 異文化環境でのコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
勤務条件
- 期間:6か月勤務可能な方を優先します。最短3か月での応募も可ですが、その場合9-12月の間に勤務可能な方を優先します。
- 勤務時間:9:30〜18:30(月〜金)、パートタイムではなくフルタイム勤務
- 勤務地:東京都千代田区永田町(プルデンシャルタワー)

What you will do:
You will support a variety of functions within PGIM Real Estate (Japan) Ltd. including, but not limited to, transactions, asset management, investment research and client services.
What you can expect to learn:
Transactions:
- Underwriting / financial modeling (i.e. cash flow projections, etc.)
- Market research analysis
- Provide support for ongoing due diligence and preparation of materials.
- (i.e. investment committee memorandums for internal purposes and/or for external clients)
- Assistance of ongoing divestment activities
Asset Management:
- Preparation of asset cash flow projections and internal presentation materials
- Research support for benchmarking exercises and lease negotiations for existing properties
- Gain an overall understanding of asset management and its impact on the fund's performance
- Obtain and/or enhance software skills used in the real estate industry
- Assistance of ongoing divestment activities
What you will bring: Your required qualifications
- Have work eligibility in Japan on full-time basis. (Have citizenship of Japan)
- Intermediate/advanced Japanese is required (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Current student , third-year university student or above, GPA3.5 or above
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, along with skills in PowerPoint, Word
- Good cross-cultural communications and interpersonal skills
Contract Term:
- Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to 6 months, starting from a mutually agreed date.
- Candidates available for a minimum of 3 months may also be considered; however, preference will be given to those who can work from September to December 2026.
Working Hours:
9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (full-time).
