What you will do

The PGIM Quantitative Solutions (PQS) Finance department is currently seeking an Investment Accounting Associate to perform a variety of tasks including billing, account reconciliations, monthly reporting, as well as ad-hoc requests in support of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the billing of asset management and performance fee activity to our clients, monthly reporting, and reconciliations of daily cash activity and accounts receivable. This position will have the opportunity to interact with business partners across various parties including the PQS business, PQS clients, and PGIM Finance.

What you can expect:

  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly management fee invoices
  • Interpret investment management agreements and create client profiles within the Revenue Manager System
  • Follow up with clients on past due invoices
  • Prepare various vouchers and schedules for the month-end close process (i.e., management fee vouchers, aged receivables, cash payments, etc.)
  • Reconciliation of daily cash activity, and account receivable
  • Assist in annual legal entity audit
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ad hoc projects as required by Senior Management or key business partners

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related topic

  • Experience managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively communicate key data to leadership
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Customer focus and high degree of responsiveness
  • Able to work in a team environment while taking individual responsibility for the quality and accuracy of one's own work
  • Excellent time management skills; work efficiently under the pressure of deadlines

What will set you apart?

• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Billing, Accounting or Operations is a plus

  • Asset Management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of REDI2 Revenue Manager, Oracle General Ledger, and/or EAGLE a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $50,000 to $65,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
