Prudential's Group Insurance (GI) Distribution organization delivers benefit services and solutions needed to fulfill our purpose of making lives better by solving the financial challenges of our changing world. We are looking for strategic National Accounts, Associate Account Executive candidate who has a passion for caring for customers and helping employees achieve financial wellness.

Your team
You will be part of the GI Distribution National Accounts team. You and your peers account executives will manage National Accounts (5,000+ employees) that vary in complexity, receiving day-to-day leadership from your regional vice president. You'll partner with National Account Managers, Sales, Underwriting and Operations to collectively create the best client outcomes.
We will provide you with opportunities to further develop your skill set, stretch into new areas and work on transformational initiatives.
What you can expect:
You are a strategic National Accounts Account Executive exercising responsibility for retaining existing customers, expanding in-force business and selling renewals. You will expand customer specific business plans, coordinate marketing and support services to cultivate opportunities to retain and profitably grow business. You will establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, consultants, and internal business partners that result in increased sales revenue, client persistency, and customer satisfaction. You will also present the financial components of re-rates, providing clients premium and claim comparison analysis on both participating and non-participating employees.
You're passionate about the customer experience and you play a key role in delivering on our value proposition and in implementing new and innovative solutions.
You are a great relationship builder. You build exceptional relationships with brokers, clients, peers and internal business partners. They trust you to provide the best experience for our clients, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
What you'll need:
• Demonstrated success in servicing large customers over 5000 lives including large financial or health insurance accounts.
• The ability to expand and grow relationships, while maintaining targeted retention rates
• Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with consultants, brokerage firms and/or third-party administrators.
• Attention to detail, hyper focus on quality of results.
• Ability to adapt, problem solve quickly and communicate productive solutions.
• Continuous improvement attitude coupled with a curiosity about managing initiatives simultaneously.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

• Advanced sales and technical ability in the 5,000+ employee market.
• A high level of intermediary relationships and strong professional reputation.
