The Prudential HR Application Management team is responsible for the implementation, administration, and upkeep of global HR applications. A unique opportunity exists for an HR Application Management Analyst.

Reporting to the function Director, this position is responsible for: (1) translating stakeholder needs into system-ready requirements for the Global Technology team; (2) partnering with the HR Process Consultant team on prioritization; and (3) successful change request management and testing.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site a minimum of 2 days/week in our Newark, NJ location. For those outside of the commutable Newark location, we are open to Virtual work arrangements.

What you can expect:

  • Workday Global HR Analyst supporting Onboarding and Talent Marketplace. Responsibilities include partnering with Process Consultant team to support, troubleshoot and implement global solutions across multiple ecosystems related to HR business process.
  • Partner with Technology team to:
    • Translate business requirements into a sustainable technical solution, ensuring critical objectives are met within the expected turnaround time.
    • Develop proof of concepts, set best practices and evaluate new functionality.
  • Support change management and testing related to change requests, data validation, production validation, new implementations, etc.
  • Accountability for systems and ad-hoc reporting for Onboarding and Talent Marketplace, providing analytical support to partners such as: reports, metrics, analyses, and presentation.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Data Science/Mgmt., Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in business or data analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Configuration.
  • Familiarity with HR process management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter approach with strong time management, organization skills and ability to adapt to frequent change.

It'd be a plus if you had:

  • Experience with talent-related processes.
  • Experience with HR reporting applications (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Experience in a decision-making position.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills.

The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
