Role Overview:

  • The Technology and Operations Engagement for the Prudential Emerging Markets business is a key senior role within the Partnership Practice leadership team with the responsibility of building and executing a strategy to make technology and operations an accelerant of commercial growth.
  • This role is an individual contributor with regional influence and high exposure, requiring strong leadership, relationship-building, and influencing skills - not formal team management.
  • You will work closely with empowered country teams, helping them accelerate growth by guiding how technology and operations - including partner integrations, implementations, and digital capabilities - can unlock value. This includes leading the regional technology architecture for Partnerships, shaping the strategic vision and relationship management of TPA partners, and driving the evolution of capabilities that support our B2B and B2B2C value propositions.
  • The ideal candidate combines innovation, customer-centricity, and execution discipline, and is motivated by solving complex problems in high- and low-level settings without frustration.
