The Director of Digital Adoption Outcomes is responsible for developing a holistic customer obsessed strategy for USB Service digital adoption and will partner cross-functionality to link the USB Service strategy across enterprise roadmaps to deliver outcomes. You will also identify and own a full inventory of self-service features (current/future state by business and servicing channels). In this role, you will establish tracking, reporting, and adoption targets that will drive accountability in formal outcomes reporting. Additionally, as the Director you are expected to drive continuous improvement roadmaps to increase "No Need Service" and Self-Service outcomes.

The Director is responsible for these outcomes:

  • Digital Adoption Oversight
  • Self-Service Experience Strategy (USB Service All)
  • Enterprise Liaison
  • Self-Service Inventory & Transformation Tracking
  • Digital Adoption Roadmap and Outcomes Reporting

This role is hybrid with a preferred on-site location in our Newark, NJ office.

Other requirements for this role:

  • Successful experience independently engaging with senior leaders preferred
  • Previous servicing or marketing experience a plus
  • Master's degree a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $137,700.00 to $186,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
