To provide Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, and/or outpatient
- Experience in geriatrics
