Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach - 2025/2026

Opportunity:

Propel Schools is seeking a Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 season.

• Propel Braddock Hills/Andrew Street High School
• Propel Montour High School

Successful candidates will have:

• Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
• Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to build a successful program starting at the varsity level
• Responsible for assembling his/her coaching staff
• Experience coordinating the Varsity program with the assistant coach and athletic director
• Experience implementing off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations.
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

Requirements:

• Up-to-date TB Test
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
