As a member of Predata’s Government Team you will work directly with our customers to support their use of the Predata platform. This position reports to the VP of Government and Corporate Markets.

Primary Duties:

  • Be responsible for the success of users throughout the customer lifecycle, including training new users in the Predata system and providing close analytic and product support to current users

  • Demonstrate Predata capabilities to prospective clients, meeting with them both individually and in support of senior sales staff

  • Work with Predata’s Analyst Team to generate analytic products for clients and prospects and contribute to regular internal analytic workflows

  • Work with Predata’s Engineering and Data Science Teams to translate client requirements into product feature development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in International Relations, Economics, History, Political Science or other related fields

  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in supporting clients in the national security space

  • Strong background in international affairs and familiarity with current geopolitical events

  • Teaching, tutoring, or training experience in both one-on-one and small group settings

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and convey information that efficiently informs expert analyst users and drives actions
