Talent Acquisition Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of Talent Acquisition, the Candidate Support Agent is responsible for assisting any prospective employee who calls into the organization looking for assistance in contacting a specific recruiter or hiring manager. This employee fields all inbound calls, e-mails, and general solicitor requests and inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate recipient within the organization

  • Fields all inbound calls and e-mails and directs them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Participates in ongoing training within the department.
  • Assists in the training of new Power employees.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

The Candidate Support Agent must have a vast knowledge of company sales initiatives andobjectives. This employee must be a skilled, organized, and resourceful individual with an innatecattention to detail and leadership skills. Must be able to work in a professional office setting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.
  • Must have prior Contact Center experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday and the flexibility to work weekends.
  • An articulate and professional demeanor.
  • One year of professional customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly ambitious with a competitive nature.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Candidate Support Agent role has a hybrid schedule including in-office and remote work.

  • Salary: $47,500
