POSITION SUMMARY:

The Legal Operations Administrator role at Power is a key member of the in-house legal team and is responsible for facilitating the onboarding and compliance maintenance of PHRG installation partners. This role assists in the collection, entry, and basic review of install partner documentation, including insurance and licensure materials. The Legal Operations Administrator helps ensure records are complete, organized, and up to date within internal systems.

  • Ensures that install partners remain in compliance with the company's minimum standards.
  • Reviews incoming compliance alerts, including expired licenses, lapsed insurance, etc., and assigns priority levels based on risk and project timelines.
  • Confirms that each active install partner's certificates, licenses, and policies remain valid.
  • Proactively contacts subcontractors and insurance agents via email and telephone phone to collect missing or updated documents, tracking each interaction to resolution.
  • Ensures the accuracy of installation partners' profiles and their corresponding documents.
  • Updates the compliance alerts notes in real time, ensuring data integrity for reporting.
  • Identifies high-risk or non-compliant install partners and escalates to the Contract Compliance Manager or legal counsel for remediation.
  • Partners with IP Readiness Coordinators to ensure seamless hand-offs between ongoing compliance and new-install partner readiness.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and speak on the phone for eight hours per day.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • The Legal Operations Administrator must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and self-motivated.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience.
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with navigating web-based platforms such as social media sites and other search engines.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative-driven environment (phone calls, interviews, placements).

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The Installation Partner Readiness Administrator works in an office setting.
