POLITICO's Media Solutions team is seeking a smart, strategic and motivated Client Solutions Trainee to join our pioneering and growing media company in Brussels starting in June 2024.
As a member of the Media Solutions team, the trainee plays an integral role in the development and execution of public affairs campaigns including advertising, sponsored content, events and conferences.
What You'll Do
- Competitive and industry analysis
- Assist in developing and executing advertising campaigns: website display ads, newsletters, social media, print, etc.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Copy edit campaign messages and sponsored content
- Coordinate client campaign needs with other POLITICO departments
- Assist on the internal communications of the MS team
- Aid department with administrative and research projects as needed
- Assist in special projects as needed

What You'll Need
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English writing and copy editing
- Experience with Powerpoint
- Eye for design quality and presentation aesthetic
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of political and policy processes, EU policy experience a plus
- Expertise with Microsoft and Google suite of applications
- Fluent English, written and spoken and any other European language
- Sense of humor
