POLITICO - a pioneering and growing media company that covers politics, policy and personalities in Europe - is looking for 4 motivated and proactive young graduates to join a 6-month Business Academy, a traineeship program focused on business development and sales starting in June 2024.
Through a comprehensive, on-the-job learning path, you will join and support the POLITICO Pro and the POLITICO Media Solutions sales teams in our Brussels headquarter and help expand our growing business in Europe in close collaboration with colleagues based in London, Paris, Berlin.
With this program, you will be trained across two of POLITICO's main profit centers in a culture of collaboration, development, and achievement, and will learn how to ensure a high-quality sales and account management cycle in the media industry. This is an exciting opportunity to start an international career that can lead you to a variety of specialties, including business, sales, advertising and beyond.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, Commercial studies, Psychology, and other related fields
- Sharp interest for analysis & research, entrepreneurial spirit
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Interest in EU Affairs and politics
- High proficiency in English and at least one other EU language
- Self-starter initiative with agility and time management skills to balance between multiple projects
