About the role

We’re looking for someone to deliver sales intelligence, customer insights, and actionable reporting to the Customer Experience team, including Account Managers, Account Coordinators, Sales Managers, and Sales Leadership. This role enables the sales organization to make data-driven decisions that improve customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Customer Experience stakeholders to design analytics solutions that optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen overall revenue performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop best-in-class dashboards and visualizations that track sales metrics, pipeline health, conversion funnels, customer engagement, and team performance for Account Managers and Sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain canonical sales reporting, including lead-to-customer conversion tracking, win/loss analysis, customer segmentation, and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Account Coordinators to identify data needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that drive sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on customer behavior, sales patterns, pricing optimization, and market trends to inform sales strategy and tactics.
  • Create self-service analytics tools and resources that empower Account Managers to access customer data, track their pipelines, and measure their own performance.
  • Train and educate the Customer Experience team on how to leverage data and dashboards to answer their own questions and make informed decisions.
  • Support the Customer Experience team's transition to data-driven sales operations by building robust data infrastructure on Snowflake that captures the full customer journey.
  • Analyze sales funnel performance to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for process improvement.

About you

  • Extensive (3-6 years) experience in sales analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, or related roles supporting revenue teams. You have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a competitive institution.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on sales and customer metrics. You have advanced SQL skills and experience analyzing CRM data, sales pipeline data, and customer engagement metrics involving large-scale relational datasets. • Exceptional data storyteller with sales acumen. You understand key sales metrics (conversion rates, win rates, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity) and can translate complex data into clear recommendations for sales teams. You bring inherent curiosity about customer behavior and love exploring "why" customers convert or churn.
