Location Requirement: This is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. This role is required to go into our office at least one day a week.

Job summary
The Compliance Testing Associate is responsible for performing various functions within Point’s Compliance Management System, such as monitoring and testing, regulatory tracking, and reporting. The role will work collaboratively with other members of the Compliance and Legal team, as well as stakeholders from other departments.

Job responsibilities
- Execute ongoing monitoring and testing of home equity products
- Execute credit alert monitoring and testing
- Support efforts related to investor diligence and regulatory inquiries
- Research and develop knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and rules
- Track ongoing changes to state/federal regulations impacting Point
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in financial services focused on mortgage lending
- Experience in testing or monitoring of a regulated product
- Able to follow established procedures regarding testing and monitoring, and be able to communicate all findings to department managers.
