Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Logistics Operations Group Manager is responsible for the general management of supply chain logistics functions not limited to; inventory management, receiving, testing, distribution management. This role includes oversight of a secure, in-house key injection facility and requires deep expertise in supply chain management, cryptographic compliance, and secure
device lifecycle operations. This role is also responsible for enhancing the business processes and management reporting.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of payment devices.
• Optimize logistics workflows to reduce lead times, improve cost efficiency, and ensure secure delivery.
In-House Key Injection Operations
• Manage secure key injection processes for POI devices in compliance with PCI P2PE and PCI PIN standards.
• Ensure proper handling, injection, and documentation of cryptographic keys using HSMs and secure key management systems.

• Maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols and audit trails for all injected devices.
Security & Compliance
• Ensure all logistics and injection operations meet PCI P2PE requirements, including physical security, personnel vetting, and environmental controls.
• Collaborate with internal compliance and security teams to prepare for audits and maintain certification status.
• Lead incident response planning and forensic readiness related to key injection and device handling.
Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage relationships with component suppliers, logistics providers, and secure packaging vendors.
Operational Excellence
• Define and monitor KPIs across logistics and injection operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
methodologies.
• Enhance ERP platform for visibility and traceability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing secure hardware distribution and key injection operations.
• Strong understanding of PCI P2PE, PCI PIN, and TR-39 standards.
• Familiarity with HSMs, KMS platforms, and secure room protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics software, and compliance reporting tools.
Preferred Certifications:
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• PCI P2PE Assessor Training or equivalent
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar (a plus

Job Description
- Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy for national business units with direct customer interaction. Creates operating plan. Defines and communicates strategy to operations team. Responsible for multiple functions across one or more sites. Primarily manages managers. Typically delivers services to companies with greater than 10MM in annual revenue.
- Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results. Determines operating standards for client servicing in collaboration with the business. Executes to achieve desired compliance, audit and budgetary results. May serve as a senior level representative for an operational group. Oversees the resolution of escalated issues. Own third party and/or senior level business partner relationships.
- Determines talent strategy in partnership with human resources. Manages, motivates and develops management team. Leads staff meetings, sets strategy and may translate into tactical operating plans.
- Provides consultation and advice to internal and external partners and executes on creating an environment in which products and/or processes are designed and/or followed to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversees strategic improvement initiatives and may serve as project sponsor. Recommends and influences policy improvements.
- Accountable for the control framework for unit(s) of responsibility. Review, identify and anticipate current and future risks. Implements controls and remediates risks. Ensures an effective risk management environment. Creates and oversees risk mitigation and business resiliency strategies.
