As a Senior Business Technology Partner within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

This role is pivotal in providing oversight, analytical insights, and hands-on support for financial planning, workforce analytics, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial systems, advanced Excel skills, experience with workforce/resource analytics, and a working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a trusted advisor to our Technology business partners and leadership.
• Supporting financial oversight and planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitoring and analyzing workforce/resource data to support headcount planning and tech investment strategies.
• Generating and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Excel, and internal technology dashboards.
• Providing support in Agile delivery environments including familiarity with Jira, sprint planning, and related tooling.
• Collaborating with teams using Confluence and SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows.
• Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement in financial and operational areas.
• Working closely with senior leadership to track budget performance and plan future funding cycles.
• Responsible for preparing and updating executive-level presentations and reports using PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for reporting and visualization.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with Confluence and SharePoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Job Description
  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Initiates, owns and drives the identification, evaluation, and direction of solutions that are cost effective and meet complex business requirements for initiatives up to and including the enterprise level.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for business demand management, technology expenditures, client feedback & relationship management and the overall client experience with the technology organization.
  • Provides consulting services and communications to executive leadership on process improvement projects designed to support product strategies and revenue generation/cost reduction.
  • Leads analysis and elicitation of client requirements, and transforms the requirements into functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Serves in a lead capacity while often acting as a coach and mentor to other team members.
