Job Description
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks an Experience Designer Senior in Strongsville, OH to be responsible for the design and evolution of digital experiences that delivers modern, engaging, and dynamic customer experiences across the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) digital channels within PNC's C&IB Technology Group. Position allows for the ability to work from home with appropriate telecommuting systems for up to three days per week, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Specific duties include: (i) conduct user research to understand user pain points and user needs in C&IB's client and employee facing products; (ii) facilitate product workshops with a variety of stakeholders such as clients, technical leads, and business owners to help define the products based on user and business needs; (iii) create wireframes and mockups to allow the teams to test and iterate the products; (iv) conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback; and (v) communicate design ideas and specifications to developers.

Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Game Design, Fine Arts, Entertainment Technology, or Computer Science plus 1 year of experience in Digital Product Development and Design is required. Must have experience with: (i) creating digital user experiences and user interfaces through the application of user research skills including user interviews and affinity diagramming; (ii) translating research findings (surveys, data, and interview transcriptions) to visuals (diagrams, infographics, and sitemaps); (iii) using UI design to craft original user interfaces and user interactions (clicking, typing, speaking, tapping, seeing, hearing, and touching) for desktop (PC, Mac, and web-based) and mobile platforms (iOS and Android); (iv) using visualization tools (Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign) and collaborative design tools (Mural and InVision) to create customer journey maps, wireframes, and mockups; and (v) typography design that establishes intuitive communication with target users (employees, consumers) of the digital products or services.
40 hours/week, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
