As an Enterprise Testing Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Testing Services - Quality Engineering organization, you will be based in one of the following Hub locations: Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Downers Grove, IL, Jacksonville, FL or Birmingham, AL.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Testing Advisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing automated control validations activities for the Retail line of business, and evaluating the design and effectiveness of automated controls across the bank. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Lines of Business (LOB), Risk Partners, and Technology Teams, and bring a strong foundation in risk management, software testing methodologies and software development practices.
• Oversee the Retail Automated Control Validation Portfolio: Provide governance and oversight of automated control testing across the retail line of business, ensuring alignment with the enterprise risk framework and regulatory requirements.
• Design and Optimize Test Strategies: Develop, refine, and maintain automated control testing strategies and methodologies to validate control effectiveness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Partner with 1LoD, applications teams, quality engineering, and line of business owners to ensure controls are tested, documented, and remediated in line with timelines.
• Perform Risk Based Analysis: Evaluate test results to identify control gaps, assess control design and operating effectiveness in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to expand automated control coverage, reduce testing cycle times, and integrate emerging technologies and best practices into the testing program.
• Provide consulting services for internal clients on risk and control issues. May assist in implementation of new / improved systems, products / services, and controls.

Job Description
- Executes and supports effective business unit objective testing procedures (including but not limited to control validation, transactional testing or risk-based testing) in support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Provides insight and subject matter expertise in the testing area of focus. Capable of applying testing concepts across subject areas with a high level of precision and accuracy (cross-functional contributor).
- Trains junior staff, performs delegated management responsibilities and raises issues to senior team members. Administration and continual improvement of quality management systems (workpaper tools, desktop documents, etc.)
- Leads process around testing and reviews, including more complex testing activities. By applying risk analysis principles, determine the scope, including focus, objectives, and rationale, and update the scope as needed. Develop and deploy testing strategies, including testing procedures, selection of samples, sample size, and rationale. Revise review programs as needed to accomplish objectives. Perform complex testing and reviews according to the testing plan. Evaluate testing results, identifying risks appropriately. Conduct and manage documentation of the review process.
- Prepare working papers, ensure that documentation appropriately supports the testing conclusions, and document process flows and describe major processes within the area being reviewed. Ensure that testing is accurate, complete, and in accordance with standards and protocols. Analyze the results of testing and review activities. Make recommendations to enhance internal controls and/or increase the efficiency of operations. Communicate test/review results and issues/concerns to management at the LOB level, validating and recommending resolutions to issues. Interface with external auditors and bank regulators as needed.
- Provide consulting services for clients on risk and control issues. May assist clients in implementation of new / improved systems, products / services, and controls.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $103,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
