Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Therapy
Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility
Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required. Minimum Experience: One year experience as an RN required.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. American Heart Association ACLS and PALS within orientation. ONS certification preferred.

15. Prioritizes activities and adjusts assignments according to changes in patient’s needs. 0
16. Provides appropriate treatment in emergency situations as they arise. 0
17. Verifies, during hospitalization, orders for accuracy (including reconciliation of medications),
appropriate scheduling of tests and/or procedures, pre-op data, and consent forms. 0
18. Follows medication and IV Therapy policies including patient identification, understanding about
medications, administering meds and recognizing/reporting interactions 100% of the time.
Appropriately monitors first dose medication(s) for adverse reactions. 0
19. Interprets diagnostic data and takes appropriate action when indicated (i.e. notification of critical lab
values to physician per hospital protocol). 0
20. Practices infection control in all actions. 0
21. Executes legible writing with correct spelling in documentation 100% of the time. 0
22. Completes all assignments, according to established standards of care and within given time
frame.
