Job Description

This role is critical to making consumers lives better via our retail customer relationships. You will create successful Shopper Marketing Plans that will further drive awareness, consideration and conversion of the Philips Sonicare, Philips Norelco, and Philips Avent brands.

Your role:

  • Assisting the Shopper Marketing Team Lead in defining the long-term Shopper Marketing Strategy (3-5yrs) including which customers to prioritize, which partners to drive deeper relationships with to create value for the customer and Philips.
  • Developing and executing local Shopper and Trade Marketing full year plans driving brand preference and demand for our products through key omnichannel retail outlets.
  • Managing how to effectively spend A&P and Trade funds in the year to drive value for our customers, consumers, and the company.
  • Ensuring that our National Activation Plans are localized at key retailers by making the plans specific based on customer strategy. You will be critical in inputting to the overall 360 Marketing plan always asking how we can leverage National Plans with retailers to strengthen our relationships.
  • Working with the Shopper Marketing Team Lead you will identify opportunities to unlock sales growth by leveraging relationships directly with the Marketing Departments at Amazon, Target, Walmart, Costco, and our Food & Drug partners.
  • You will set the Shopper Insights agenda and present to key customers new opportunities to grow their business (and ours) establishing Philips as a thought leader in the categories where we play

  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in Shopper, and/or agency marketing.
  • Your skills include proven track record of leveraging data to deliver insights and influence senior stakeholders, excellent presentation and communication skills and command of omnichannel retail principles and best in class shopper plan execution.
  • You're a self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.
