Job Description
The Sr. National Account Manager will be responsible for the successful achievement of on-going Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Shelving objectives established each fiscal year for Walmart. This role will manage all aspects of the Male Grooming and Beauty businesses including: achieving sales and margin goals, forecasting, annual planning, strategy development, trade management and reporting, co-development of products for the customer, maximizing planogram for Philips and the category, leverage and help supply chain management as needed, and other business needs.
Your role:
- Develop and drive a credible and productive relationship with the customer to maximize the value (top and bottom-line) of the short & long-term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customer's strategies and priorities, trends, market insights, competitive landscape, and applicable legislation
- Coordinate an efficient and effective One Philips approach to the customer by working with Sales, Marketing, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain team members
- Align account strategy with the customer's priorities, and drive customer sales plans to deliver key account planned growth.
- Drive continuous improvement leveraging Lean principles
- Provide thought leadership through creative and innovative customer approaches, and utilizing business and financial acumen to delver assigned revenue and profit goals within assigned trade spend

• Trade partnerships
• Achieving distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising objectives within our categories through proper planogram placement
• Leverage daily management and problem-solving methodologies
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 5+ years' with retail sales experience in consumer packaged goods industry. Preference will be given to candidates with Walmart or other national retailer experience at the headquarter level
- Your skills include thriving in a team environment and maintaining high-level customer contacts and relationships. Have an in-depth knowledge of, and are proficient with Walmart's Retail Link or Luminate. Proficient in utilizing syndicated data, e.g., IRI, Nielsen, or Circanna, with the ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actional insights. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- Must be able to travel and have a valid driver's license
