Service and Solutions Architect - Cambridge, MA
To create a service reference architecture with well-defined rules, elements, and interfaces in collaboration with Service Innovation in BISD and BPSE teams, driving harmonization and leveraging common and domain specific attribute-based service modules across the Services Portfolio.
- Responsible for the creation, implementation, and life-cycle management of the services portfolio architecture:
- Performing decomposition and partitioning, re-using common and/or domain specific service modules to allow transition of legacy service catalog to the new architecture model.
- Aligning with stakeholders the optimal service architecture for the business. Supervising, guiding and safeguarding development of new service modules in line with the architecture, managing the evolution of the service architecture and contributing to / driving related roadmaps.
- Providing guidance to service product and service offer management in designing new PSSGPs in line with services architecture.
- Defining and managing the rules and structure of attribute-based model, supporting option-level commercial structure definition together with product management.
- Acting as a member of the service generation core project team, making project milestone decisions, and preparing stage gate decisions.
- Creating high level design based on offer requirements.
- Overseeing all the structure and architecture requirements from portfolio management to BPSE to avoid overwork, ensure alignment and prioritization to BPSE and Knowledge Engineers (GBS)

- Engineering bachelor's degree or related field.
- Broad understanding of Hospital Patient Monitoring technology and services solution areas
- 8+ years of experience in creating, selling, maintaining, or delivering services/solutions for Healthcare with Professional Services, Customer Success Management, or related Services organization aspects.
- High degree of services process acumen related to services offer and capability development, deployment, and management at a central level and across markets.
- Deep understanding of service product modelling and structures and solutions product architectures
- High-level professional and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in English
- Strong (on-line) collaboration skills in a multinational environment
