Job Description
The Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Device Systems Sales (DSS) Business Partner is responsible for accelerating commercial performance by supporting the IGT DSS Management Team with funnel management, revenue and OIT forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic insights and analytics. This role will be at the forefront of IGT's sales strategy, partner with other analysts to develop cross-modality insights and strategies. Successful Business Partners will combine industry expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor to enable best in class sales execution.
Your role:
The DSS Business Excellence Business Partner reports to Senior Director of IGT Commercial Excellence and Strategy. This role will be an integral partner to the existing Business Excellence team supporting Fixed Systems, Mobile Surgery, and Procedural solutions.

- Revenue and order intake forecasting, including validation of forecasts and targets through collaboration with horizontal sales and operational partners
- Salesforce.com funnel and opportunity management, including hygiene & best practices
- Partnering with the Device Systems Sales leadership to execute daily management
- Execution of business deep-dives and creation of insights and analytics
- Presentation of insights and strategy to senior leadership
- Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators
- Providing inputs and requirements to IT partners developing tooling and dashboards
- Design of sales territories in close partnership with sales and operations partners
- Support of sales incentive execution, providing analytics and insights to develop motivational compensation plans and fair & equitable quota distribution
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in analytical function such as sales operations, marketing, or finance
- Deep analytical skillset and comfort with mathematical modeling
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing operational processes
- Experience with salesforce.com, opportunity management, and funnel management
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Experience with sales territory and compensation design and administration
- Able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility, with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
- 3+ years in healthcare industry
- Master's in Business Administration
- Prior experience in sales operations and enablement or similar function
- Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other common business tools
- Fluency with standard salesforce.com functionality
- Experience with analytical and insight tools and such as Python, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
