This position works in Philips Healthcare, Ultrasound Division, and ISC department in the Bothell Washington location. The key stakeholders are the cross-departmental Core or Project Team members, the Supply Chain Directors and Head of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Team.

The Product Industrialization PM manages the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross-function teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules, monitoring budget/spending. This person provides ISC leadership and support to the project from initiation through delivery. They will organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints and will also be the voice of ISC to the project teams.

Your role:
  • Represents Product industrialization (PI) on the cross functional Core Teams in execution of the PDLM, or Advanced Development Processes.
  • Leads the cross functional PI Team in successful implementation on new products, or changes to existing products, into the Global production operations.
  • Manages the projects: Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk plans, and associated process documentation deliverables.
  • ISC on the cross functional Core Teams in execution of the PDLor Advanced Development Processes.
  • The cross functional ISC Team in successful implementation on new products, or changes to existing products, into the Global production operations.
  • Manages the projects: Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk plans, and associated process documentation deliverables.

You're the right fit if:

  • BS/BA degree in Management, Operations, Engineering or closely related field and PMP preferred.
  • Solid understanding of NPI, and PDLM and Solutions processes.
  • Strong understanding of R&D development processes and global Supply Chain operations processes.
  • 5 + years of demonstrating increased responsibility in an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing production processes. Understanding of how new products and changes to existing products impact the product in the areas of cost, performance, quality and throughput.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in areas of coaching, communication, facilitation, team leadership and business management.
  • Demonstrated success in working complex issues with cross-function team members to effective resolution.
  • Working knowledge of key business tools such as: Project Scheduler, PDM, SAP, Windchill, Power Point, Visio, Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated effective skills, abilities and attributes in the following areas: (1) to achieve excellent results, (2) process improvement, (3) inspire commitment, (4) promote and achieve top performance, (5) development of self and others.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with others above and below in the organization.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $180,000, Annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
