Clinical Administration Support
Job Description
As a Clinical Administrator you will support the Clinical Holter Monitoring department by providing excellent customer service to customers, patients, and internal departments while maintaining the daily administrative duties of the department.
Your role:
- Providing patient and customer focused support for all services and monitoring related issues or questions via phone and/or email.
- Providing Holter monitor staff with assignment lists and requests while ensuring completion in a timely manner.
- Completing and following up on clinical and non-clinical notifications, while following internal process.
- Serving as an internal resource to assist sales representatives and internal staff when necessary.
- Downloading and saving data to ensure it adheres to protocol and of good quality, while adhering to internal process, ensuring at all times that the companies HIPAA, and Medicare policies and procedures are being followed.
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30-7PM (Saturday/Holiday/Overtime as needed).

- Your skills include proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and comfortable using a telephone and computer to perform job responsibilities.
- You have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You're have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and have strong data entry and customer service skills.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - 25.50, hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Rosemont, IL .
