Job Description
Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor (Malvern, PA)
The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will oversee and support a team of 6-8 direct reports in a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product.
Your role:
- Supervise Clinical Wireless Monitoring employees (scheduling/performance management), monitor daily floor performance, provide technician assistance to customers/employees, identify operation improvements, and assist with interviewing/onboarding/offboarding employees.
- Develop, mentor, and coach employees and support implementation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively to ensure team effectiveness.
- You will work within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring the staff is delivering a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.
- You will work 9:00pm-7:30am ET (4-10-hour days) including a weekend and holiday rotation.

- You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.
- You've acquired 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
- Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously and have an ability to adapt to change.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA.
