Business Excellence Leader, Imaging North America
Job Description
As the Business Excellence Leader, you will drive the program management and strategy execution to deliver the Diagnostic Imaging North America (DI NA) strategic roadmap !
Your role:
- Manage and deliver the lean and continuous improvement capabilities roadmap, facilitate the problem-solving priorities for the DI NA regional business and be a key enabler to implement the DI vision
- Identify major problem-solving needs and facilitating those priorities through a structured problem-solving process
- Collaborating with NA Regional Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Service leadership to deliver across the transformation integration roadmap from concept to completion.

- You've acquired 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles
- Your skills include strong data analysis, data management, data structuring, and data visualization capabilities
- You have a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, Healthcare,
- Sales and Operational Excellence experience preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- Track record of success in leading Commercial / Commercial Operations planning and process improvements
- Multi-function CI (Continuous Improvement) experience in multi-location lean deployments, including trainer and facilitation credentials and certifications around visual management and problem-solving
