Job Description
This position supports our clients located in Lubbock, TX. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, and service Biomedical Equipment onsite with our customers.
Your role:
- Maintaining and repairing a diverse range of Biomedical equipment for your assigned account.
- Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
- Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
- Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.
- Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
- Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.

- Located in or near the Lubbock, TX area.
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 4 years' experience in diagnostic imaging or 4 years' experience in the electronics industry, preferably in a field service environment.
- 4+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment required; field service in a hospital setting and/or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of computers and networking; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.
