Customer Engagement Lead (CEL) Primary Care Center and West

The Customer Engagement Lead (CEL) is a leadership role in sales, field force, reporting to Primary Care Lead.
The key responsibilities in this role are:
- Responsible for setting up an industry leading Sales Team, that drives key launches and key growth products performance across Pfizer with the goal of achieving successful strategy implementation in the market and meeting revenue and sales targets in the responsible region
- Ensures that all team members meet the requirements defined in the functional profile and develops team members individually according to their respective strengths and weaknesses
- Accountable for business, functional, operational processes and/or program management as well as for project and/or department budgets and the results of other people.
- Strong business acumen /knowledge of the business to influence others -directly and indirectly -to achieve results

Must-Have:
- Ability to set up complex structures and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proven skills in developing employees and building effective teams as well as leading change processes
- Relevant experience/leadership responsibility and strong knowledge in sales management
- Entrepreneurial know how
- Excellent communication and media skills (omnichannel approach)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Takes responsibility and requires personal responsibility from his employees
- Strong skills in communication and prioritization
- Good English skills (desired but not mandatory)
