工作职责：
-To actively support EC/IH Team with projects operation processes;

积极支持电商/互联网医院团队内项目运营流程

- Assist on Innovative program design and implementation;

支持创新项目的设计，开展和落地执行

- Familiar with company operation policy, procedure and effectively implement;

认真有效的贯彻执行公司政策和流程;

- Provide necessary administrative support to the team to arrange the logistics for internal and external;

提供部门必要的行政服务和支持;

- Assist to team on documentation and file management;

负责部门文档的建立及管理;

- Arrange meeting logistics for internal and external ;

协助财务部和团队总监控制部门预算和每月应计费用;

- Settle and audit payments to F.F. and agency;

负责递交、核查费用报告;
