We're looking for a Sustainable Packaging Strategy Manager to join PepsiCo's Global Sustainability Office. In this role, you'll lead strategic partnerships and programs that support our sustainable packaging goals across both food and beverage categories.
You'll work closely with global and regional teams, as well as external partners, to drive innovation and execution in packaging reduction, reuse, and recycling. This role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for creating measurable environmental impact.

What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic packaging projects and partners.
- Improve coordination across multiple sustainability initiatives to ensure aligned and effective execution.
- Identify and drive high-impact projects across PepsiCo's value chain, including those focused on circular economy solutions.
- Collaborate with global platforms such as The Recycling Partnership and the Consumer Goods Forum to advance our leadership in sustainable packaging.
- Develop materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders that support decision-making and storytelling.
- Track industry trends and uncover new opportunities to accelerate progress toward our packaging goals.
- Support PepsiCo business units in shaping and executing local partnership strategies.
- Share best practices across markets to continuously improve program outcomes.
- Manage third-party consultants to deliver key packaging initiatives on time and within scope.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $115,000 - $130,000 anually.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business and/or related areas (business administration, sustainability, public policy, environmental sciences) required.
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in program/project implementation, especially in areas related to sustainability, circular economy, collection, and packaging.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outstanding multi-stakeholder project/leadership management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across range of internal/external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Strong understanding of corporate sustainability landscape, trends, and emerging issues, particularly those related to the circular economy.

- Strong time/project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and create/deliver against action plans.
- Ability to remain results-oriented in ambiguous, complex, and less-structured environments.
- Communication skills of consensus-building, facilitating, influencing, and negotiating.
- Ability to think strategically and apply analytical frameworks to reach conclusions.
- Able to effectively work with people from various cultures and levels of matrixed organization to drive results.
