The SAP Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of SAP systems in managing inventory processes. The role requires an understanding of reconciliation, inventory processes, SAP functionalities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations
- Maintain quality standards of finished product
- Reviews and prepares any action plans while ensuring inventory, productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective and preventative actions
- Develops and motivates team to solve day-to-day inventory and operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements
- Develops processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes (check in/out), and shipping troubleshoots all receiving and shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue, and prevent reoccurrence
- Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Preferred three years of technical skills experience in all areas of Inventory, with familiarity with SAP.
- Clear understanding of inventory practices and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs, and Outlook.
