This role can be located anywhere and will support all PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA) manufacturing locations.
The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Capability is a key leadership role within the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) organization. As a part of the newly formed Strategic Projects and Productivity team, this role is responsible for driving critical supply chain initiatives, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, True Efficiency (TE) and PTS Governance, and the execution of the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar to support continuous improvement across all PBNA manufacturing locations.
This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing performance visibility, standardizing key processes, and deploying sustainable improvement strategies to optimize productivity and eliminate losses.

Responsibilities
AOP Planning & Performance Governance
- Lead the development and execution of TE and RE line standards and target setting during AOP planning cycles.
- Ensure adherence to standard processes, data integrity, and 100% execution across all PBNA locations.
- Integrate TE/RE metrics and Focused Improvement KPIs into PBNA dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems.
- Partner with sector and unit leadership teams to deploy loss elimination strategies aligned with AOP goals.
Focused Improvement (FI) Leadership
- Serve as the national SME for the Focused Improvement pillar as part of PBNA's TPM (MOTOR) framework.
- Own and manage FI training content, curriculum by role (CBR), and track training completion through MyLearning systems.
- Mentor Process Improvement Engineers (PIEs) and lead capability development for FI across PBNA.
Continuous Improvement & Data Integrity
- Lead sustainable improvements within downtime reporting systems (e.g., PTS, ZPI).
- Own governance processes related to manufacturing data integrity across all PBNA sites.
- Drive root cause analysis, kaizen events, and other traditional continuous improvement practices.
Assessment, Communication, and Best Practice Sharing
- Lead the development and deployment of the Site FI Pillar Assessment process.
- Maintain strong communication channels between PBNA leadership and plant teams to promote best practice sharing and capability building.
- Apply financial and operational KPIs to inform improvement strategies and drive execution excellence

Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
- Formal Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Kaizen level)
Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership in multi-site TPM/MOTOR implementations
- Experience managing people and influencing change at a department or enterprise level
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of packaging and processing equipment
- Deep understanding of TPM/MOTOR principles, including FI, AM, PM, Safety, Quality, and Early Management
- Proven ability to apply TPM practices to build a high-performance, engaged frontline culture
Leadership & Communication
- Strong strategic planning, influence management, and change management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Ability to develop and deliver training to both hourly and salaried staff
- Financial acumen to support cost control and capital planning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding of food/beverage manufacturing compliance and regulatory requirements
