Overview

This role will be responsible for technical delivery and transformation for our SAP Cloud Solution for Employee Central integrations. This role is critical to the success of PepsiCo's cloud journey and will lead the integration teams on developing and maintaining integrations using the latest SAP technology and global standards. This role will provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas. Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads and 3rd party partners on all matters of integration design, development, execution, and support

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and promote technical design standards, best practices, guidelines, and procedures using SAP BPT Integration Suite/CPI including Connectors and API Management
  • Manage and maintain the current integrations by providing the technical support and troubleshooting when there are system requirement changes
  • Explain complex technical issues to project leads, developers, and business in an easy-to-understand manner and recommend clearly thought out solutions
  • Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
  • Keep yourself updated with the latest and emerging technologies in the SAP Technical Integration area and deliver optimal values and solution
  • Communicate and report to Sr. management on program status and updates

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or having equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years developing enterprise class integrations between on-premises and cloud applications (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud).
  • 5-10 years experience building integrations using iPaaS solution. Experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP PO/PI, SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI-DS.
  • Good knowledge of API based integration and micro services design patterns & best practices.
  • Experience in the Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST is a must.
  • Experience with configuration and tuning or for SAP Cloud Integration set-up.
  • Experience with UI5.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing SAP Cloud Integration/CPI-DS architecture, rules, caching, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients.
  • With strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
