The Away-From-Home Strategy team is part of PepsiCo's North America Strategy & Transformation function. Away from Home brings PepsiCo's entire portfolio of beverages, snacks, and nutrition to out-of-home consumption channels, including restaurants, universities, offices, stadiums, hotels, airports, and much more. Away From Home is a key enabler of PepsiCo's strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a source of new occasions.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo's long-term growth and influencing effective execution with cross-functional partners. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the resources and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most pressing issues facing the company by influencing brand and channel priorities and by undertaking transformational initiatives (e.g., data & analytics, digital ordering) to achieve the greatest possible growth and penetration.
Our team primarily works across three types of projects: long term strategic planning, growth priorities (e.g., portfolio, channel/customer strategy), and transformation that enables PepsiCo to create long term advantage through next-gen capabilities.
As a Strategy Sr Analyst you will:
- Work with Strategy & Transformation leadership team to address business questions and issues
- Develop robust and accurate strategic, analytical and financial frameworks
- Deliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis to understand growth opportunities and key trade-offs
- Provide support in crafting stories to influence decision-makers across the business
- Support project management efforts through disaggregating own workstream well into necessary facts and analyses while ensuring effective communication across the team
- Support creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify white space opportunities and formulate an approach to address the identified opportunity
- Support cross-functional partners to implement recommendations and track progress
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA required
- 2 years of strategy experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or supporting CPG organizations
- 3 years of strategy experience in a top tier consulting firm
Skills and Competencies:
- Superior Analytics: Ability to complete complex analytical tasks error-free with limited supervision and generate insights from large quantities of data or disparate data sources
- Strong Communication & Influencing: Can effectively communicate (verbal and written), collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
- Thorough: High attention to detail and focus on driving processes through successful execution
- Motivated: Self-motivated, high energy individual that can easily function in high demand, performance-driven environment
- Intellectual curiosity: Awareness of emerging trends and competitive activity in the marketplace
- Cultural sensitivity: Understand cultural and social differences in key markets and potential secondary markets
- Comfort in ambiguity: Adaptability in less-structured environments (able to "jump in" and contribute even when facts are not yet 100% clear); ability to quickly figure out solutions to complex issues
- Tenacity: Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, can shift gears easily, is willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
- Role is open to professionals who can work from HQ offices in Plano, TX, Chicago, IL or Purchase, NY. Preferred location- Purchase, NY.
