Job Title: Strategy Director

Responsibilities
Duties: Work cross-functionally with Category Marketing, Insights, Finance, and R&D teams to drive projects that will deliver long-term value for PepsiCo. Deliver the 5-year strategic vision for PepsiCo Foods North America and assist in the planning and execution of the Global Strategic Planning Process. Run analysis on brand performance vs competitors across several markets and identify key performance drivers (distribution, pricing, velocity, promotion, profitability, revenue and volume growth) by leveraging internal sales data, IRI, Euromonitor, Kantar, Global Data. Macroeconomic and geopolitical sources and other external databases. Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses, create financial models in Excel to support fact-based recommendations and calculate return on investments. Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Sr Leadership, solving real time business issues at the request of President or Sector Strategy SVP, while challenging the status quo. Build "Executive ready" project deliverables in the form of Microsoft Power Point decks as well as Microsoft Word memos. Contribute to capacity building for the entire Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management). Lead & manage teams to deliver on-time and complete deliverables; ensuring recommendations are grounded in fact and actionable, while investing in the professional development of junior colleagues including coaching, performance reviews, and long-term career guidance. Shape the business development by leading the evaluation of M&A, JVs and commercial alliances.

Qualifications
Job Requirements: Master's of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor in Business, Finance, or quantitative field and six (6) years' experience in: offered or related roles; strategy either internally or externally. Must have six (6) years of experience in: Strategic mindset with an ability to solve critical business problems and develop analytical frameworks; Analyzing large quantities of data in an error-free manner: Financial modelling in Excel; Building "Executive ready" project deliverables in the form of Microsoft Power Point decks as well as Microsoft Word memos/whitepapers; Influencing senior leadership as a strong storyteller through compelling presentations and Managing several workstreams for projects and deliver strong recommendations that define the company's long term strategy. Must have four (4) years of experience in Building IRI/Nielsen or equivalent reports that diagnose how different Point of Sales metrics influence a consumer company's performance; Managing, coaching or developing junior colleagues; Proven experience leading teams in the context of a strategic consulting environment and Work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods with deep knowledge of drivers of growth, competitive scenario. Must have three (3) years' experience with Strategy Consulting with a Tier 1 management consulting firm.
30% Travel required (domestic and international)
Salary: $123,302 - $198,000 / year
