Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Functional Capability will play a pivotal role in driving the design, implementation, and evaluation of technical capability programs across PBNA. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in consultation, program management, and talent development. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy: Develop and execute an E2E functional learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives and in service of One Best Way
  • Program Design and Delivery: Provide expert consultation with functions on the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of various employee groups and levels.
  • Learning Impact: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to functional learning and development initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and integration into the organization's culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with business priorities; ensure buy-in from all levels of organization
  • Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in functional learning and development, and integrate relevant insights into organizational strategies and practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually, and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or HRBO
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs in a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable learning and development strategies.
  • Change management expertise with the ability to drive organizational change through learning initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus.
