Sr. Routing Specialists are responsible for creating delivery routing solutions for assigned PepsiCo North America Beverages (PBNA) distribution centers. Distribution centers are generally larger and more complex than average. Accountabilities include flawless execution of the delivery routing process while ensuring that cost and productivity objectives are achieved. Sr. Routing Specialists use analytics to identify productivity opportunities and influence field partners to execute changes that improve delivery operations. Sr. Routing Specialists communicate proactively, positively, and concisely with field partners at the division, market, and location level while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and adhering to our company values.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Demonstrate strong understanding and execution of daily routing using specialized routing software (ORTEC & Omnitracs)
- Communicate daily with locations to coordinate resources, drivers and trucks, and specific customer delivery needs and routing solution effectiveness
- Optimize daily delivery solutions by utilizing dynamic routing (fewest trucks and drivers) based on driver headcount, optimized cell set territories, proper sequencing, balanced workload, and customer/driver continuity
- Ensure the routing solution complies with DOT hour and weight regulations
- Ensure the routing solution achieves location productivity targets for hours, stops, and cases
- Meet location and Routing Intelligence Center (RIC) productivity targets
- Handle customer and internal employee interactions in a professional manner
- Serve as LPO for larger locations, Go-to-Market projects
- Responsible for regular score-carding, analytics, and field review
- Period reviews identifying location opportunities
- Provide input on Pre-Sell Routing for assigned locations

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of dynamic routing experience
- Demonstrated consistent execution of the routing process
- Bachelor's degree or relevant logistics job experience
- Advanced MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Willingness and availability to work the assigned set schedule. NOTE: Schedules are Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work any schedule across all divisions is required.
