The Senior Analyst, Knowledge Management role focuses on supporting the SVP, Global Head of Real Estate (GHRE) at PepsiCo with a goal of enabling this leader to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. The GHRE requires an additional level of service and proactive support in complex and often ambiguous situations. This role must understand corporate and executive priorities, support broader corporate planning, and manage high-stakes meetings and communications with internal customers, external partners, and the PGRE Leadership team at the direction of the GHRE.

This role will require a self-motivated, professional, and creative problem-solver with strong logistical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with management, can self-manage with limited oversight and guidance, provide mentorship to other administrative staff, and prioritize various high-level stakeholder interactions. The Senior Analyst helps to coalesce PGRE internal organizational needs and will serve as a voice and point of contact for the GHRE.

This role will also act as the Research Lead as this new area of service is being established. This will include responsibilities for developing and identifying new opportunities, researching internal and external trends including micro and macroeconomic factors that have potential impact on key decisions. Administratively, managing town hall agendas, Senior Leadership team agendas, the PGRE Annual calendar, and other team logistics will be managed by this role with the assistance of the PGRE coordinator.

Responsibilities

The role will be responsible to support the work of the Global Head of Real Estate, fully leveraging time and demonstrating focus, in part by standing in as needed on projects and meetings. Further, it is expected that this individual establishes strong and productive relationships with key team members within PGRE and critical stakeholders - in and outside of PepsiCo - to support the complex, cross-functional initiatives that PGRE is leading.

Additional accountabilities are noted as follows:

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, travel, budget review, communications, data entry & analysis
  • Take on leadership of individual projects and initiatives at the direction of the Head of Real Estate
  • Understand and suggest improvements to PGRE processes and services to help expand the value of our service delivery and overall capability framework on behalf of the broader organization
  • Provide a point of contact and be the core connective tissue across the Pillars of PGRE and task forces as established
  • Ingratiate into the PGRE and PepsiCo culture; be an exceptional teammate and partner to colleagues across the global. organization and equally to all of PGRE's Service Providers outside of PepsiCo
  • Understand key trends internally and externally that potentially impact the business / real estate strategy
  • Responsible for day-to-day research and interactions with the business
  • Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize information - methodical processes
  • Increase awareness across the PGRE team to build capabilities and institutional knowledge / PGRE reputation

At the direction of the Head of Real Estate:

  • Provide support to CLT to action projects and ensure objectives across the pillars are making progress.
  • Manage end to end programs for PGRE Town Halls, PGRE events, external speaker series, including all logistics
  • Further Business and Global Real Estate education through engagement in relevant Industry Groups

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience organizing and leading the operations of small teams, including distributed teammates, and external service providers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leads with an enterprise mindset and a solution-oriented posture, consistently
  • Ability to think strategically and translate and delegate concepts into actionable items
  • Entrepreneurial with a "start-up" mindset; must be self-directed
  • Familiarity in partnering /collaborating with global teams; adept in navigating diverse cultural differences
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively influence without authority
  • Strengths in research and data collection and the analysis of information from multiple sources. (i.e. internet research)
  • Critical thinking and ability to present findings in a professional manner is imperative. (e.g. effective "story telling")
  • Strong skills creating visual representations in executive-level presentations
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, social) and comfort presenting to all levels of the organization
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining relationships in a business partner manner - both in and outside the organizational construct
  • Proven ability to deliver coaching, timely and impactful feedback, and guidance in areas such as performance management, leadership development, career growth/development and other aspects of employee relations to coordinator as a people manager
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, bringing others along to achieve success collaboratively

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800 - $125,250 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
