Senior Agentic AI Lead Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent agent workflows and autonomous systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing context-aware, multi-agent environments that drive real business value. You will collaborate across teams to architect solutions that combine AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and cloud-native technologies into seamless, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of multi-agent AI systems leveraging LangGraph and other orchestration frameworks.
  • Drive research and experimentation in advanced AI areas including reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLAIF), knowledge graphs, and decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Architect scalable agentic workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.
  • Guide a team of engineers and researchers in building autonomous and semi-autonomous AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into agentic AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure that AI systems meet high standards of performance, safety, scalability, and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLM technologies, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent research, applying them to real-world scenarios.
  • Mentor and develop talent to strengthen organizational expertise in agentic AI

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's / Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, research, or applied AI product development.
  • Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain), and multi-agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLAIF), and adaptive AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI development tools, frameworks, and cloud-native deployment environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale AI workflows from prototype to production.
  • Strong background in AI safety, evaluation, and interpretability practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence strategy and execution.
