Overview
We are seeking an inspirational and strategic Fleet Associate Supervisor. This role will support all aspects of business operations, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations, to maximize overall performance. This leader directly reports to the Fleet Manager and is responsible for the support and oversight of 10 locations, 1,000 assets, 31 Fleet Technicians, and $20M in fleet spend.
The role will balance between managing day to day frontline technicians as well as balancing analytical strategy. Key accountability performance deliverables will cover all facets of Fleet Operations including management of preventative maintenance programs, training initiatives, national compliance, and regional/national initiatives that make a lasting impact to the performance of the business.

This is an On-Site Position covering 10 locations and includes 75% travel to sites within the market.
Responsibilities
- Safety: Lead safety initiatives to reduce injuries, leverage procedures for safe repairs, and provide safety training for their team. Create, track, and address maintenance violation action plans to ensure DOT and Environmental compliance.
- Service: Improve operational readiness with End-to-End Asset Management, provide a world class fleet service support to decrease fleet tows and downtime. Reduce repair times through technician capability advancements, shop efficiencies, and parts program management. KPI's include preventative maintenance compliance, Cost Per Mile (CPM) underperforming assets and standardization of maintenance methods.
- Compliance: Manage all regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, SMART, FDA, SAG, and PepsiCo Internal Audits).
- Fleet Productivity & Financial Performance: Lead PepsiCo fleet productivity by focusing on core initiatives and unlocking productivity through transformation while executing superior service. Manage reliability and shop optimization, asset return and optimization, decrease fuel spend and reduce miles to adhere to financial performance plans.
- People Leadership: Enhance employee experience and employee satisfaction by building a SUPER team! Create a world class frontline team environment embracing flexibility, creating career and capability advancements, elevating workplace experiences, and growing the teams leadership potential.
- Sustainability: Carve the path to deliver long-term PepsiCo Positive (Pep+) goals by decarbonizing our private fleet, executing fuel conservation plans to reduce fuel usage and improve overall MPG as well as expanding our network of electric vehicles.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- 2+ years previous experience in Fleet Maintenance, transportation, or Supply Chain Operations or commensurate experience
- 1+ years in Leadership including building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, performance management, and driving operational excellence.
- Technology Proficiencies: MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Technology knowledge capabilities: MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Strong understanding of DOT Guidelines and private fleet operations.
